Passimora Nero d'Avola Appassimento Sicilia DOC 750 ml wine

A dry red wine from the western part of Sicily, an island located in southern Italy. It is made entirely from the Nero d'Avola grape, a characteristic of the region. The grapes undergo a short drying process to bring out a greater concentration of fruit. This process is called Appassimento.
