One-and-a-half Piasecki 600 ml is a natural (unsaturated) honey, which means that at the production stage it is not cooked at a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius. Thanks to this, it retains the nutritional and health properties of bee honey used to produce it, but also the natural taste and aroma. A characteristic feature of The Piasecki Półtorak is the addition of plum juice, which blends perfectly with the sweetness of honey, creating an expressive flavor combination, intensified by a relatively long ripening period. This liquor is produced from wort, in the composition of which for one volume of honey there is half a volume of water, the alcohol content in it is 16%. Spectacular stoneware will make this mead delight everyone.

Natural quality appreciated by experts

The quality of Piasecki's Półtorak is m.in evidenced by numerous awards. In 2017, this drink received a gold medal in a non-commercial competition organized by the Great Confraternity of Noble Food, Drink and Handicrafts. One-and-a-half Piasecki was also appreciated by the National Council of Winemaking and Miodosytnictwa, which awarded him the Grand Prix 2010 award for the best mead regardless of the category.
