Ponte is one of the most important vineyards in Italy, Triveneto lies between the provinces of Treviso and Venice, privileged production areas for Prosecco DOC and Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie. The producer pays attention to the selection of the best grapes, gentle pressing and temperature control to produce wines of high quality. This sparkling wine is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grape, undergoing a second fermentation using the Charmata method.
The fruity and pleasant bouquet exudes notes of apples, pears and floral touches of jasmine. In the mouth, refreshing bubbles lightly touch the palate and complement the wine's harmonious and smooth structure.
An ideal aperitif wine, this wine will also go well with light fish dishes and snacks. It will certainly refresh well on hot days.
