Wódka Ziemniaczana Classic Vodka Ima Distillery is an artisanal vodka, created from harvest to bottling in one place - the Zielonka Forest buffer zone. It is the nearby forest areas, also known as the green lungs of Poznań, that are a constant source of inspiration and at the same time a respite from work for its creators. The Zielonka Forest Landscape Park was established in 1993 to protect a forest complex of great natural and scientific value. It includes such areas as the Maruszka Wilderness with valuable pine-oak stands or Dziewicza Góra - a terminal moraine of the Poznan Stage. At the top of Dziewicza Góra, there is an observation tower from which we can admire the panorama of Poznań and the surrounding area.

The highest quality local raw materials and the use of water from a deep well are used in production. The potato vodka is filtered and aged before bottling. In 2021, it was awarded the gold medal of the Warsaw Spirits Competition.
