Rapeseed-cream honey ETNO 270 g

The pattern on the label is inspired by the traditional Łowicz pattern. ETNO rape honey creamed from the central Polish can be a very good, elegant and Polish gift.

It is formed from nectar collected by bees from rapeseed flowers. Colorless or straw-colored. It is very sweet, bland, and also slightly bitter, with a perceptible smell of flowering rapeseed. Because in its composition there are almost exclusively simple sugars, it is easily absorbed by the liver. The technique of preparing cream honeys consists in mechanical mixing of the pathoki freshly obtained from bees until crystallization. Mixing prevents the formation of thick sugar crystals in the croup. Thanks to this, this honey does not crystallize hard. It should be added that during this process nothing is added to the honey, nor is anything taken from it.
