A dry red wine from the south-east of Australia, made from the Shiraz grape. It matures for 8 months before being bottled. Among the aromas, an extremely pleasant bouquet full of chocolate, plums and spices. Hints of blackberries and delicate vanilla also appear. In the mouth, the right harmony between the tannic accents and the delicate structure of the wine has been balanced. It goes perfectly with red meats and barbecues. It will go well with steaks with rosemary and balsamic vinegar.
