Senator Komorowski refers to the tradition of Old Polish tinctures produced in Poland since the sixteenth century. This semi-sweet, intensely fruity alcohol is made on the basis of ripe fruits and aromatic spices. Plum cordial contains a hint of cinnamon, which creates an unusual symphony of taste and smell.
