Śliwowica is a plum distillate of Slavic origin, which is produced in Central and Eastern Europe and on the Balkan Peninsula.

Śliwowica Podbeskidzka is made exclusively from natural, specially selected ingredients, crystal clear water and the highest quality fruits. It is produced according to careful, time-consuming and commitment traditional technology. The distillate obtained by the process of alcoholic fermentation and distillation of plums is aged in 225-liter oak barrels.

Plum brandy should be tasted – drink slowly, in small sips, preferably from tasting glasses. Due to the high alcohol content, it can also be consumed in a milder version: according to a well-known highlander recipe, as an addition to tea.
