Vibrazioni Cabernet Franc Trevenezie IGP wine 750 ml

Vibrazioni is an extremely intriguing and engaging wine from the Trevenezie IGP appellation located in northern Italy. It is made from Cabernet Franc grapes, emanating a unique character in this region. It is matured for 12 months in barrels, or more precisely used small barriques imported from France, from the best Chateau. After this time, it is aged for a further 4 months in bottles before continuing on its way to our glasses.

And in the glass, this is a wine with an extremely elegant and pleasing aroma. In the foreground, mallow and elderflowers come to mind. Red berries with touches of green pepper come next. On the palate, notes of sweet orange with hints of lavender surprise. The engaging, silky structure conceals the harmony between the essential, fruity flavours, the slender tannins and the breakthrough of a hint of acidity with a salty finish. This is a wine with an extremely lively and engaging character.

The full-bodied character, meanwhile, will go perfectly with beef and Italian dishes - such as lasagne. It will go equally well with duck, roast or pulled pork. An unusual wine, which is also worth trying during a solo tasting when discovering new flavours.
