One of the first (alongside Ballantine's The Gleburgie 15YO) single malt whiskies under the Ballantine's label. Miltonduff Single Malt is the cornerstone of Ballantine's blend and owes its warmth and strength to it. Floral notes and delicate touches of cinnamon and liquorice give it an exceptionally delicate flavour and a long, warm finish.
Aroma: Rich, fruity and sweet. Notes of peaches in syrup, juicy and sweet orange and creamy toffee with touches of roasted almonds.
Taste: Sweet floral notes. Extremely delicate with accents of milk chocolate and hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and liquorice in the background.
Finish: Very long, warm and sweet.
