Single Malt Wheat Polish Whisky made exclusively from Polish malted wheat. Distilled in a small batch, at one distillery. Aged for a minimum of three years in 250 litre American oak barrels aged in sherry wine. Unchill-filtered and undyed, it has fully retained the flavour and colour from the cask. A very rare and original Single Malt Wheat Polish Whisky.

Created in collaboration with world renowned Scotch Whisky Master Distiller & Master Blender John McDougall.

Aroma: Earthy, delicate sherry, sprig of tomato, some pleasant oiliness
Taste: Dry, wheaty, slightly bitter
Finish: Good
Aftertaste: Long
