Williams Humbert Don Guido Pedro Ximenez Sherry 20YO is a sweet Spanish sherry. It is matured in a solera system for a minimum of 20 years. Before fermentation begins, Pedro Ximenez grapes are sun-dried for 15 days to increase sugar concentration and intensify fruit flavour. Beautiful mahogany colour. In the nose, aromas of sultanas and figs, underpinned by a balsamic note. On the taste, dense and viscous, you can detect plenty of spice notes. Leaves a long, sweet-balsamic aftertaste. Awarded, among other things, the gold medal and the championship title among fortified wines at the International Wine Competition in Spiegelau (2014).
