Cervaro is a completely unique wine from Umbria, for the production of which only strains are used, coming from the Estate castello della Sala - Chardonnay with a small share of Grechetto. The fermentation and maturation of this Italian wine takes about 5 months and small oak barrels, the so-called barriques, are used for this process. Then it is additionally aged for a year in bottles in the manufacturer's cellars. The aroma is dominated by citrus notes, with pineapple and sweet pear in the background. In addition, from above everything neatly covered with vanilla. Lips perfectly built, tip very fruity and long.
