Brillo wine is an excellent Italian semi-dry prosecco. The inspiration for the creators of Brillo could undoubtedly be the famous hit Marilyn Monroe from the film Men Prefer Blondes (1953) – "Diamonds are a girl's best friend". Brillo seduces with a fancy bottle with a convex floral ornament, tempts with a shiny brocade label, entices with a scent and tickles the palate. Shining with a flickering glow, it encourages celebration and fun.

Brillo is the quintessence of joy. It has a complex and at the same time extremely delicate bouquet, full of fruity notes: peach, juicy green apples, with intense notes of action and lilac in the background. What makes Brillo different? Acidity and body of wine, as well as a really long pleasant finish – which is not so obvious to prosseco. Brillo works as an aperitif, it fits perfectly with snacks and delicate dishes. It is also an excellent companion for seafood: fish, crustaceans and sushi. Brillo is produced by Casa Vinicola Botter Carlo & C. S.p.A.. Spa, a company founded by Carlo Botter and his wife Maria in 1928 in Fossalta di Piave, a small town near Venice. Today, it is one of the largest producers and exporters of Italian wines: 1 in 35 bottles of Italian wine exported worldwide is produced in Casa Viniola.
