A unique rosé sparkling wine from the Prosecco appellation, produced from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir strains. The character of Prosecco is due to the famous Charmat method, i.e. the second fermentation taking place in closed steel vats, in which the pressure created leads to the formation of bubbles. The whole was enclosed in sophisticated bottles with a diamond, creative finish representing the style of the wine itself – expressive and elegant at the same time.
The complex bouquet of aromas contains notes of green apple, lemons and peaches with accents of acacia and rose flowers. The palate is brushed by subtle bubbles that perfectly balance with the slender texture of the wine and refreshing acidity with a full, pleasant finish.
Brilla! Prosecco Rose is perfect as an aperitif, making a hot day much more pleasant. At the same time, it is a good companion for grilled fish, Asian cuisine or mushroom-based dishes. The refreshing nature of the wine makes it perfect for summer meetings with friends.
