Johanniter Sur-Lie dry white wine from the Winnica Silesian . The wine was aged on its lees for six months. Despite its very low residual sugar content (only 1.1 g/L) the taste is pleasantly sweet . The nose reveals aromas of pear, jasmine, gooseberry, ripe apple wrapped in toasted and nutty notes . In the mouth, delicate acidity blends with sweetness, giving a fantastic creamy texture . This Johanniter pairs superbly with smoked eel and herb-crusted guinea fowl.
