Cabernet Turnau is a dry red wine produced in Poland, in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, from Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Cantor and Cabernet Cortis grapes. The wine has a beautiful purple colour. The aroma is dominated by cherries and fresh pepper. It also has hints of red fruits such as chokeberry and blackberry in its aroma, but slightly different notes such as cocoa and dark chocolate can also be found. On the palate, the well-marked acidity develops into a warm tannicity, with spiciness and power balancing the smooth fruity finish. Cabernet Turnau will go perfectly with red meat.
