It is characterised by a well-structured, massive aroma with a dominant touch of fried plum or even jam. The aromatic palette is complemented by notes of rye bread with a touch of butter and yoghurt. On the taste, grain, bread crust comes to the fore, followed by chocolate-covered plum, elderflower liqueur. The finish tends towards dryness, with apples, pips and cocoa typical of rye.
