Baron de Ley Gran Reserva Rioja DOCa 750 ml wine
Baron De LeyBaron de Ley Gran Reserva Rioja is a wine that was matured for 24 months in French and American barrels before developing its excellence for three years of bottle ageing. The wine was made from the tempranillo varietal. This dry red wine is deep ruby in colour with red highlights. On the nose, there is an intense aroma of cherry and blackcurrant fruit along with barrel accents of oak and vanilla. After a while, notes of spice and tobacco arrive. On the palate, this Spanish wine presents silky tannins and - despite the ageing - still remains fresh and lively. This exceptional wine from the Rioja appellation was recognised with a silver medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition and received 93 points in the Robert Parker rating.
