Imperator Puszczy is a semi-sweet fruit mead produced according to traditional recipes. It is unsaturated, i.e. not boiled before fermentation, thanks to which it retains the natural properties of honey. Some of the water necessary for honey production has been replaced with gooseberry juice. The unique flavour is undoubtedly added by the aroma of elderberry and walnut. This taste is unforgettable, unique and will satisfy even the most sophisticated palate.
