Madeira needs no introduction - it is in a class of its own. This excellent Portuguese wine is perfect for November days when the weather is cold and gloomy. With its amber colour, it will bring to mind warm seaside beaches and the slightly larger alcohol portion will warm us up nicely on cold days. The tasting brings lots of caramel, nuts and candied apricots. Madeira Doce is a sweet, fortified wine characterised by a unique bouquet of aromas and flavours.
