The fruit of a collaboration with DMS Barrels. Classic mead from Jaros Apiary in a new version. Apart from the traditional ageing in tanks, subjected to six months of ageing in oak barrels. These barrels have enriched the mead's flavours and aromas with notes reminiscent of American bourbons.
