15 years of ageing speaks for itself
One-and-a-half Copernicus 500 ml is undoubtedly one of the longest-aged meads in Poland and as one of the few it is aged in oak barrels. Its producer, Miody Nidzica, is well aware that the genius has been maturing for a long time, because for nearly 50 years he has been preparing his liquor based on the same historical recipe. One-and-a-half Copernicus is an aristocrat among meads, as evidenced by the unchanging approval of consumers. It is worth mentioning that bee honey, from which it is made, is located in areas covered by the Natura 2000 environmental protection program.
