Polish triple mead spiced with blackcurrant and valerian root. The blackcurrant leaves a delicate tannin and acidity and the valerian leaves an herbal note and minimal bitterness. The sweetness is less noticeable than in other triple meads. Lightly chilled it makes an excellent aperitif. Serve with nuts, mature cheeses, aged and smoked meats.
