Multiflower honey is a composition of warm colors and different flavors depending on the type of flower being flown. In spring, it has a delicate smell and sweet taste. In summer, it is darker and smells of roots and sun. In the liquid state, it is yellow in color. It crystallizes quite quickly. When crystallized, it has a light brown color. It has a mild, waxy aroma.
Raspberries contain a lot of B vitamins (especially B1, B2, B6 and B9, i.e. folic acid, potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron). They contain valuable dyes, anthocyanins, which strengthen blood vessels, support immunity and prevent infections. Multiflower honey is used in the treatment of allergic diseases of the respiratory tract (bronchial asthma or hay fever).
