- Piasecki one-and-a-half (750 ml, 16%) - this is a type of mead that preserves the values of bee honey, since it is not subjected to heat treatment. During the long ripening period, an exquisite liquor with an expressive, unique bouquet with the addition of plum juice is formed. One-and-a-half Piasecki is produced from wort, which includes half a volume of water per one volume of honey.
- Jadwiga one-and-a-half (750 ml, 16%) - one-and-a-half Jadwiga is produced by Apis from honey wort, which includes bee honey and water in the proportion: 1 volume of honey and 0.5 volume of water. It is aged for at least a few years. Mead half Jadwiga is characterized by an expressive, deep bouquet of taste. The addition of raspberry fruits and wild rose gives it a rich taste and aroma.
- Sandomierz half-hearted (750 ml, 16%) - The most refined of honeys. It is a fruit mead in which 30% of the water needed for production has been replaced by natural grape juice. The exceptionally harmonized taste of grapes and honey of the best quality create a unique bouquet of this masterpiece of honey making. The tempting aroma of grapes and the unprecedented richness of flavors of bee honey is a real delight for the palate. It is aged for a minimum of 9 years.
