An outstanding dry red wine from the famous Rioja region of Spain, an excellent showcase for the Tempranillo varietal. The grapes are harvested from 40-year-old plantings in vineyards located up to 600 metres above sea level. The local conditions, combined with manual harvesting and careful selection of the grapes, make the wine the essence of the terroir from which it comes. The final character, however, is formed during the 24 months spent in American oak barrel.
In the glass, the wine exudes a deep ruby colour. The nose is a veritable concert of fruity aromas such as cherries, strawberries, raspberries and plums with distinct accents brought from the barrel - caramel, vanilla and wood. In the mouth, silky tannins with a complex structure and a long, essentious finish provide long moments of pleasure.
An excellent wine for grilled meats, as well as for maturing cheeses, pasta or steaks.
Capacity: 750 ml, alcohol content: 14,5%
