A dry red wine from the north of Italy, from the Valpolicella area in the Veneto region. The bottle contains a blend of local varietals, Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone, characteristic of the wines from this appellation. Valpolicella Ripasso is created by using the must of the legendary Amarone during the production of the base wine. As a result, the wine acquires additional extractivity and richness of flavour.
The aromas include ripe cherries, blueberries, plums, sultanas and jammy notes. On the palate, a remarkable harmony between acidity and mild tannins and an extractive, juicy structure full of flavours of dried fruits, plums and cherries. The long and pleasant finish closes the whole experience together and does not let you forget it quickly.
An exquisite wine for red meats, beef or lamb, as well as grilled dishes. It is also an excellent choice for an elegant gift for those who prefer more complex yet delicate flavours.
Capacity: 750 ml, alcohol content: 14%
