Keltská medovina George Bee is a very specific mead from the family miodosytnia George Bee. It is formed as a result of the fermentation of honey along with the autumn fruits and fruits of the forest.
These were used by the ancient Celts when preparing drinks to celebrate the Samhain holiday. They have a wide range of flavors from sour, through bitter, resinous to tart, go well with the taste of honey and complement it wonderfully.
We suggest serving mead in summer chilled and in winter heated to a maximum of 55 ° C, so as not to spoil the taste.
