Apple spirit is a colorless manufactory product, produced exclusively as a result of the fermentation and subsequent distillation of several varieties of apples. At first, the aroma of strongly baked yeast dough with apple and crumble is felt, but after a while of aeration it turns into a more pure, sweet smell of baked apples with an admixture of subtle pear. In taste, as in aroma, palpable yeast dough, apple pie and even a slight hint of cinnamon and pear. Bitter finish – the inside of the apple, the pit and a pleasant, crisp tartness. The natural fruity smell and taste of the distillate is solely due to the fresh apples used in the process of making this drink.
