A semi-dry red wine from the Spanish appellation of Tierra de Castilla, which is a blend of two varietals, Tempranillo (80%) and Syrah (20%). The two varieties go through a separate vinification to be followed by a blending process in perfect proportions to achieve the perfect balance of the wine.
In the glass, it exudes a deep ruby colour with garnet highlights. The aromatic palette consists mainly of ripe red fruits with touches of flowers and spices. On the palate, the wine's elegant and delicate structure reveals fine tannins and juicy, fruity notes with a touch of sweetness.
Vina Tomar will go perfectly with dishes based on fish and delicate meats, as well as with pastas, pizzas and dishes characterised by thick sauces. The delicate character of the wine also makes it a very good choice for a casual get-together with friends.
