With a climate that favors full, essential wines with concentrated aromas, Gnarly Head boasts a wonderful bouquet of raspberry, blackberry, cocoa, and caramel accents, with notes of figs and baking spices. In the mouth, the complex and dense structure with a pronounced tannin and delicate sweetness at the finish perfectly complements dishes with full texture with red meats in the main role, such as steaks, burgers or BBQ ribs.
