Wine Conte di Campiano Primitivo di Manduria DOC 2020 750 ml

A classic red wine from the southern part of Italy, from the Puglia region, made from the widely recognized Primitivo strain. Manual harvesting is subjected to the traditional method of vinification for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, all to increase the intensity of the aroma and obtain soft tannins. Then the wine is aged for 4 months in barrels.

Thanks to this, this Italian Primitivo wine has an intense and complex bouquet, with perceptible aromas of ripe plum and cherry fruits, combined with notes of spices. In taste we feel the richness of ripe fruits, which in combination with low acidity gives Italian red wine, which will take us to the sunny Puglia and welcome us with cannons full of ripe red fruits combined with low acidity.

Conte di Campiano Primitivo is an excellent wine proposition for casual meetings with friends, but also as a companion for red grilled meats, pastes with tomato sauces or pizza.
